ALKALINE FASTING

A holistic fasting path where

rest

become tools of deep healing.

Alkaline fasting is a gentle and sustainable approach to detoxification, ideal for those who want to experience the benefits of fasting while continuing to eat nourishing meals.

Rather than complete abstinence, this method centres on consuming alkaline-forming foods — vegetables, fruits, nuts, seeds, and herbal teas — while eliminating acid-forming foods such as meat, dairy, sugar, caffeine, and processed products.

Through this, the body is gently invited to cleanse, restore, and rebalance — all while staying supported, grounded, and energised.

Diane is a certified fasting guide, body therapist, and founder of Fields of Being. With over a decade of experience in detox work, trauma-informed healing, and mind-body integration, she brings a rare combination of grounded presence and deep knowledge.

Each session — whether online or in-person — is infused with care, attention, and sacred respect for your unique path.

How it works

This is fasting with food — three light, alkaline-based meals per day, alongside snacks, herbal teas, and plenty of water. Meals are plant-rich, anti-inflammatory, and deeply hydrating. There's no calorie counting, no extremes — just conscious nourishment and a slowing down of the nervous system.

Alkaline foods are metabolised in a way that supports cellular regeneration and detoxification, helping the body reset its natural rhythm. And because the process is sustainable, it can be integrated into everyday life or used as a bridge into deeper fasting journeys.
