YIN YOGA ·

Stillness is the medicine.

Yin Yoga invites you into quiet postures held with softness and presence. By gently stretching the deeper layers of the body, Yin calms the nervous system, opens emotional channels, and cultivates a deep inner listening.

It’s not about how far you stretch — it’s about how fully you arrive.

Gentle somatic yoga to calm the mind, open the body, and restore the nervous system

Yin Yoga is a quiet, meditative practice where postures are held for longer periods to stretch the fascia and promote deep relaxation. It’s a powerful companion to myofascial bodywork, supporting:

  • Nervous system healing

  • Emotional balance

  • Fascia release and improved flexibility

  • Hormonal and energetic regulation

We offer 1:1 Yin Yoga sessions, group classes, seasonal workshops, and Yin Yoga retreats in the UK and abroad.

This is yoga for the nervous system — gentle, grounding, and deeply healing.
